After her teen son died, Elizabeth Mitchell learned something valuable.

To use that black cloud that moved in, that depression or anxiety or fear,

rather than recoil from it to see it as a prompt to pray and worship, almost as if it's an alarm clock.

I'm low, I'm discouraged, I'm fearful, now is a perfect time to worship.
