launched a Cup of Happy podcast earlier this year. A Cup of Happy is searching for secrets to happiness

from guests all around the world, including Derren Brown, and Wim Hof,

to name a few. Joss and I discuss her fascination for happiness, as well as her total world tour,

where, get this, she performed in over 200 countries spreading her music, love and charitable outreach along the way.

Not too bad. A pleasure to meet you, well, virtually because this is what we do. This is what we do these days. We're used to it now.

Isn't it weird? We've become sci-fied. I know, but this is normal now. When I see people in real life, I'm almost shocked.

Just before we, before we began, I almost burst your eardrums because I have my dog on my lap and he jumped on the mixer and just like put me up full volume.

So I'd like to apologise for your eardrums because they're very important for what we're going to talk about.

It's okay. It's okay. There's four dogs downstairs. So I'm sure that they will cause some sort of havoc within this conversation. So, you know, it will be equal. See, I always just trust people who like dogs. So this is a good start already. Yeah, totally. Totally. A lot of people will know you just because of your music. And I think the figure I have in front to me now and it's probably a lot more, but that you've sold over 15 million records worldwide. It's like probably a lot more since this figure that I've read here.
