Thank you for still being here after I took my little summer off with baby and just, you know,

had my whole life kind of go crazy for a second.

Still is pretty crazy, but thank you for just giving me that break

and still being so supportive and being here,

it means so much I I cannot wait for all the things that are coming

and if this is your first time listening thanks for being here as well and I'm so

excited you're here we have lots of things to go over and this

season's going to be so I don't want to say iconic because I feel like that's used so much and kind of

crunchy but this season's gonna be pretty legit we're doing two

episodes a week now that's right doing two episodes a week now.

That's right, two, two episodes a week.

I will be doing solos on Mondays.

That will be released Monday night,

maybe Tuesday morning at the latest.

And then we will have our guests on Wednesday,

and those episodes will be up at midnight on Wednesday,
