0:34.1	And while he was at Stanford, he was very entrepreneurial.
0:41.3	He majored and got both his undergrad and his master's in electrical engineering. While he was here, he started an organization called Tech,
0:44.3	which is technology and education, which is still active today, with chapters all over the world.
0:49.3	Since graduating, he started two companies.
0:52.3	His first company was called Unwrap,
0:55.1	and it empowered brands to benefit from social media.
0:58.4	It was purchased by context optional in 2010.
1:02.1	Two years later, after he was percolating on new ideas,
1:05.5	he started Zen at payroll with the mission
1:08.0	to deliver delightful, modern payroll to businesses everywhere.
1:12.6	Josh believes in the power of software to solve complex problems,
1:16.6	and he is going to share his insights from his experience with us.
