systematic study of the entire Bible chapter by chapter book by book.

Some portions of scriptures seem a bit obscure and unimportant.

You wonder why God bothered to put them in, because they certainly don't seem to have

much application for us. But as we will see today, seemingly obscure sections of scripture can have great importance.

The section that we will be looking at today is part of our verse by verse study in Joshua

chapter 17.

Let's now join Pastor John as he begins this chapter

In this section of scripture, we have seen how Joshua is appointing the territories where the tribes of Israel would be settling

now that they have conquered the promised land.

Joshua is, of course, a picture of our Lord Jesus Christ,
