You know, getting my body strong, getting my legs strong, getting faster, getting stronger.

They just, just all that.

I feel like I'm, you know, one of the best shapes in my life, so I'm excited to show it.

It's more of a muscle game, so that way I'm handling everything, so I wanted to lean

out and just really put on good stuff and get into the best shape in my life.

Um, honestly, I feel faster.

Definitely was a big emphasis just, um, getting genuinely stronger, you know, so I could

be able to play out there for a little season.

You know, we want to be the best version of ourselves, obviously, you know, with, with

me too, you know, I want to be the best version of me.

But I want to have the best off season on my life.

You know, you always want to be in the best shape of your life, you know, I'm ready for

that.

I've been better than ever.

Yeah, I feel great, you know, I feel, uh, fully in a mean, ready to go and, uh, focused.

It is indeed best shape of your life season in the NFL.
