His willingness to serve them and listen to their needs engendered loyalty from them. Joseph placed his hand on the cupbearer's shoulder and looked intently into his eyes. My friend, these things will come to pass.

Joseph leaned back and looked up at the sun rays peeking through the ceiling.

I am a Hebrew, sold into slavery by my brothers, yet even as a slave I thrived. I'm not here

for my own sins, but because of the sins of others. Although I am in this world, I do not belong to this

world. If what you say is true Hebrew, I will remember you when I am restored to Pharaoh.

However, Joseph remained in the prison. For years he waited in his stone tomb to rise up.

He suffered a great deal, but his present sufferings were not comparable to the future glory awaiting him.

Joseph gazed in amazement as 11 stars flashed and darted around him, their brilliant lights enveloping him like a flock of celestial birds.
