Hello. And your quirky neighbor Matt, that's me. We're two

ministers and two buddies who love the stories of the Bible, and we can't wait to tell you about

them. And today, Todd, we're taking a Christmas deep dive into Joseph. That's correct. Joseph,

Matt and mom's friends, is the father of Jesus, right? So Jesus had parents,

and it was Joseph and Mary. Right. And so we just want to look at the birth of Jesus, right? And just

what was happening in those moments through the perspective or through the lens of the father

Joseph and so with that being said hey if you are wanting to read this later this is just coming out of

the book of Matthew and in fact it's it's chapter one and so yeah we're going to start in verse 18

and i just want to read a little bit of this and talk a little bit about it.

And let's just see what the Bible has to say, Matt, mom's friends, about Joseph, how he handled this.

And just, man, let's just see how it went down.

So it says, now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way.

When his mother, Mary, had been betrothed to Joseph before they came together.

She was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.
