Hey, it's Brianna, with a quick announcement before we get to the show.

0:26.9

I feel really terrible that there's been such a delay since our last episode, but unfortunately,

0:31.1

Kelly has not been able to make it to our recording sessions for a while.

0:37.3

She moved and started school, and she's got a bunch of other stuff going on that's kept her extremely busy.

0:39.6

I've done my best to work around her schedule and be flexible and accommodating, but she still

0:45.1

really hasn't been able to find the time to meet up. And it really breaks my heart not to be

0:50.9

able to put out consistent episodes every single week. Since she hasn't been able to get

0:57.0

together to record, I really wanted to find some solution to make sure we can keep up with putting

1:02.8

out weekly episodes. So I'm going to be recording with guests to fill in whenever Kelly is

1:09.2

busy and can't make it.

1:17.8

Hopefully, this will give Kelly some freedom and extra time to balance the podcast with her schedule while still making it possible for us to put out episodes every week.

1:23.9

Of course, my hope is that Kelly's schedule will calm down and she'll be able to get back

1:29.4

into a regular recording schedule soon. I know she has the best intentions of making it to meet up,

1:36.8

but in the meantime, when she's busy, doing episodes with guests on the weeks that she can't make

1:43.0

it feels like the best way to keep

1:45.3

a consistent schedule. I know it's a bit of a change, but since I've always done the vast

1:51.2

majority of the research and the writing, the information about the cases will stay relatively

1:57.5

the same. And my feeling is that having a guest is kind of exciting because they

2:02.7

will bring in a different perspective and some new energy and I think it'll be kind of fun.

2:08.8

I really enjoyed recording the episode this week and I really hope you guys like it too.

2:15.5

All right, I'm going to get out of here and get on with the

2:18.4

episode. So thank you so much for listening. I'm I'm I'm
