Summary

The Tennessee Titans desperately need help at wide receiver and Tyler's top ranked option, Jordyn Tyson, hurt his stock this week after it was announced he would not be participating in the 2026 NFL Combine. Tyson is still rehabbing a hamstring injury which adds to the concern about his overall biggest issue, INJURIES. With Makai Lemon and Carnell Tate set to workout, this will push Tyson down the board even more to the point you could potentially see a player like Omar Cooper or Denzel Boston go ahead of him if he doesn't workout at his pro day. This makes it even more likely to the Titans go with Tate or an edge rusher in the first round.

I'm going to do this bonus episode about Jordan Tyson and the news that he will not be participating at the NFL Combine. And I'll tell you why, sadly, I do have to admit defeat here. I don't think that the Tennessee Titans would take him at number four. I don't think that's going to be a realistic option going forward. But again, here live at the combine, so if the audio is a little different than you're used to, them a little quieter than you're used to. Well, you know why. And for those out there are always saying,

1:28.1

Tyler, why are you always screaming?

1:29.5

Well, today is the episode for you. But with that being said, again, we got the news on Monday night from Dane Bruegler from the athletic that Jordan Tyson, my number one wide receiver, or was my number one wide receiver in the NFL draft, will not be participating in workouts at the NFL combine.

And quite

1:44.7

frankly, I have to admit at this point that I think it's unrealistic that the Tennessee

1:48.7

Titans would take him at number four considering the injury concerns. Already there was injury

1:53.2

concerns with Jordan Tyson, the ACL in 2022, had the collarbone at the end of 2024, the

1:58.7

hamstring that limited him through 2025. Those were already things that a lot of you guys pointed to and said, hey, that's a lot of injuries. That's a pattern of injuries. He's an injury prone guy. You can't take that kind of risk at number four. And quite honestly, I fought against that. And I quite frankly coped and said, you know, he came back and played well from the ACL after that

2:18.7

happened, so I wasn't concerned. A collarbone is a freak injury. You can't really relate that to the

2:23.5

leg injuries. All good wide receivers end up with a hamstring at some point or another. Can't really

2:28.4

hold that against him, and it was in the opposite leg of the ACL. And quite honestly, all of that

2:33.6

can be true, but what I had heard from people

2:36.3

close to the Arizona State program is that Jordan Tyson might have been able to come back and

2:40.3

play if their team wasn't completely injured and they were kind of out of it at the end of the
