Yeah, so I hate, man, there's been so much news here in Baton Rouge the last couple of weeks.

And let's just go with the kind of the big topic here with the football program,

offensive line coach James Craig. How surprised were you that up in the middle of the week

just dismissed leading into a big recruiting weekend there in Baton Rouge?

Well, look, I think it took a lot of people less surprise. And for that job to open up,

I think that there's possibly some more that could come out on that. It's just because of the timing,

but the timing being so awkward and confusing to be able to bring in a guy like Brad Davis,

I thought was just a big time coup for Ed O's around in the LSU offense.

I mean, Davis being a Baton Rouge guy, understanding the SEC,

having working in Missouri and at Arkansas and under a guy like Sam Pittman,

who's got a great reputation when it comes to offensive line and teaching that unit,

teaching that position group. Davis has made no secret that he loves South Louisiana.

He loves Baton Rouge, obviously going up here and graduating high school before moving one

to Oklahoma and winning a national championship as a freshman with the singers and really paying

his dues in the coaching ranks. I mean, a guy's been all over the place and he started at

Southern Lab, a high school here locally and worked his way into the SEC. And I don't think that
