Summary

In the fourth installment of Jordan Stinks, I asked those who follow me on Instagram (@SyattFitness) to tell me what I've said with which they disagree.  I got a lot of great responses and in this episode I wade through a fistful of disagreements and try to objectively analyze where I'm correct and where I have been incorrect. I hope you like this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (they help a lot). Love you, -J PS if you want to join The Inner Circle you can do that here: www.sfinnercircle.com

Welcome back to the JordanSciut mini podcast. This is the fourth episode of Jordan Stinks.

0:07.6

Now, if you haven't listened to Jordan Stinks before, you can listen to the first three

0:11.4

episodes in the JordanSciut mini podcast archives. Briefly, what I do is every once in a

0:17.6

while I go to my Instagram audience and ask them to tell me what they disagree with me

0:21.9

about. Then I'll come here on a podcast and I'll discuss as many of the disagreements as

0:27.2

possible. My goal here is not to blast anybody. I will not be saying anybody's name. I will

0:32.5

not be getting upset if you disagree with me. I very much believe that it's human nature

0:38.4

to surround yourself with people who agree with you, the people who have the same beliefs

0:43.5

and morals and ethics as you. I also believe it's human nature to distance yourself from

0:48.1

those who disagree with you, different beliefs and morals and ethics and opinions. And we

0:52.2

see this in the fitness industry as in all industries and all walks of life. I think

0:55.7

it's a very instinctual human nature thing to do. That being said, I think we often learn

1:02.5

more from those who disagree with us than from those who agree with us, which is why I

1:06.9

really like doing things like this. I like having these disagreements and I like addressing

1:11.2

them in an objective, honest way to try and help everybody learn and to help you form

1:17.1

your own opinions as to what's right or what's wrong or what's most beneficial. So with

1:22.7

that being said, we'll dive right into it. I'll answer as many of these as I can. The

1:30.1

very first disagreement that I see here is I disagree that watermelons are nice. Watermelons

1:38.5

are my favorite fruit. I talk about it a lot. It was the first thing that I ate as soon

1:43.1

as I was finished with the carnivore challenge. I'm not going to try and convince anyone

1:47.4

that watermelons are nice. All I will say is you're entitled to your wrong opinion on

1:51.5

that one. Let's see. Okay, here. Next disagreement. This is a good one to discuss. Someone
