awareness of his very real presence in your life. Well, did you know that about 80% of Christians

don't work in a ministry role? They work in the marketplace or in hospitals or out of their

homes. So how many of those Christians would you say feel like they're substandard Christians

because they're not on staff with a ministry?

Maybe you feel that way.

But if a friend told you that they felt that way, what would you say to them?

I think you'd validate the fact that ministry and mission don't have to be cloaked in a ministry title.

God has worked for all of us to do, important work.

And it's no less important if it's

outside the bounds of a ministry organization. In some ways, I think it's more so and even more

challenging because you're out there shining your light in a dark world. Well, I'm so excited

about today's conversation. Jordan Rayner joins me today to talk about his book, The Word
