this economic analysis yesterday. This is an, oh, this is an, oh, okay. And this is the

kind of thing Todd, families like yours have been wrestling with here in the housing

market this year. In order to return to pre pandemic levels of affordability of housing,

one of these three things has to happen. Incomes have to spike 55%. That's never happening.

That's never happening. You, you as home prices need to fall 35%. We don't want that to

happen. Alright, the previous thing we would love to happen and it never will. That thing

we don't want to happen. Okay, that's, that's where we start talking, you know, dust

bowls and, uh, and soup lines. Okay, you don't want that. Okay. Or mortgage rates need

to fall a full four points. That won't be easy either. That seems like the most achievable

of those three goals. And that just gives you an idea of the corner we have backed ourselves

into economically. And that's why now is a great time to take more control over your finances
