There have been a series of statements from Iowa Senator Joni Ernst about how she

doesn't really seem to care that people are going to die if the Republicans

passed the big, beautiful bill, so-called. And you're usually kind of making a side such as a politician.

We're like, well, you know, everybody dies.

So if our bill's going to make people die, whatever.

That's the kind of thing that in the past you'd clean up.

But for Joni Ernst, no, she doubled down.

She leaned in.

People are going to die.

Fucking deal with it.

And if you're worried about death, let me tell you, you should just accept her Lord and

Savior Jesus Christ and be welcomed into his arms.
