You are not at all alone.

I think we as humans and I just Failure Lab teaches me this over and over again

as we featured 200 successful people and everyone you look up to

these professional athletes and writers and

actors and CEOs and you just think that everyone got it put together and the

moment you start hearing their backstory or what they went through or what they

battled it's just unbelievably encouraging so I think the first thing I say is you're

not at all alone everyone faces different circumstances but all of us are battling the same feelings and fears

and doubts.

You know, and on top of that, I think what we've kind of seen

is it's also your perspective so you know how are you looking at

yourself and your struggle and being aware of where you're at being willing to ask for help I think my saving grace has just been I've always

been drawn to good people and asking for help and and being willing to kind of

pivot. I think then there's that willingness to change. If you're just

budding up against the same thing forever, at some point you've got to say I'm

either going to break through or I need to look at different options.
