The first tank victory is in the books for the Blackhawks.

We got through it, ladies and gentlemen.

And I got to say,

this is pretty much exactly what we expected to happen. I will even go as far to say that the Hawks were better than I thought they might be in this game. If you were to tell me that

the game was going to end five to two, I was going to be very surprised. Yeah. Because, yeah,

I mean, outside of the score, which I was surprised that it was five to two,

I really thought, like, as much as we joked, like, oh, it's going to be eight to one,

there was a part of me that truly believed the abs were just going to run the Blackhawks

off the ice and off the scoreboard.

Now, the product on the ice looked exactly as I expected.

The avalanche were by far the better,

more talented, faster, more well-oiled team. We knew that already. That was not a surprise.

What was surprising a little bit is, you know,

Kyle Davidson and Luke Richardson have both talked so much this offseason.
