In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

the deep in your understanding of God's Word, and that heightens your

awareness of his very real presence in your life. He's a very present God. He is with us in the day

of trouble. I think that's absolutely amazing. Before we get into today's show, I just got to tell you,

I was spending some time in the Psalms this morning. And, you know, how you read a Psalm, you've seen it a thousand times, but then there's a day

where it just leaps off the page at you.

Well, that happened to me in Psalm 97.

I just want to read this.

And remember, as I read, the Word of God is living and active and powerful.

And I just pray, if you're in a situation right here where you can just pause.

If you're driving, don't close your eyes, but if you're sitting somewhere, just tune out all the other distractions,

flip your phone over or whatever, and just hear the word of the Lord. Listen to this. The Lord

reigns. Let the earth rejoice. Let the many islands and coastlands be glad. Clouds and thick

darkness surround him. Righteousness and justice are the

foundation of his throne. Fire goes before him and burns up his adversaries on all sides.
