Jonathan Greening joined the UTD Podcast this week, looking back on his playing days and ahead to his future in the game as a coach.
Jono's stories from his first year at Old Trafford were incredible, particularly his paintballing session with the likes of David Beckham, Peter Schmeichel and Gary Neville - on his first week at the club!
He also told us the story from Barcelona where - on the day of the 1999 Champions League Final - Sir Alex Ferguson challenged him to a game of pool to win a place on the bench that night.
At the time of recording, Jonathan was finding it difficult to break in to coaching, but has since been named the Manager of Scarborough Athletic. We wish him the best of luck!
Helen, Sam and Maysie also read out your emails at the end of the episode. If you'd like to write to the only official Manchester United Podcast then e-mail [email protected]
We are taking a short break from the Podcasts over the summer but we'll be back in a few weeks to bring you our usual episodes as normal.
If you'd like to listen through our back-catalogue, the best place to do that is over on the Official Manchester United app, where you can listen to and watch all of our episodes in full for free!
We'd also love it if you could leave us a rating and review wherever you listen to your podcasts.
