But let's kick the show off with the pros, the positives. When you break down Jonah Coleman's game,

5 foot 8, 220 pound running back.

We don't have any athletic testing on them, but this is a quick foot, quick footed and good,

you know, from a lateral agility standpoint, running back.

He has a compact and dense frame.

He runs well and keeps his balance through contact. He's a physical downhill runner that

loves to get north and south. And he's a guy that runs and lives in that zone scheme where he

could be that one cut runner. He's built like a fire hydrant, like a bowling ball, like a battering

ram. He knows how to convert that speed the power

he sets the tone as a running back i love the things that i see from a jonah coleman when

you're looking at his pros right but it's not just setting the tone.

He plays with a good level of physicality at the point of attack as a runner.
