| 0:00.0 | This is Washington running back Jonah Coleman. |
| 0:13.3 | It's hard to be squatier than Jonah Coleman is, |
| 0:15.4 | and that's how he plays on the football field. |
| 0:17.7 | He's a handful to tackle. |
| 0:19.7 | He's 5-8, 220 pounds. |
| 0:21.7 | I think his best trait is his vision. |
| 0:24.1 | He can set things up well. |
| 0:25.5 | I think he can't take it the distance because of the long speed, |
| 0:28.0 | but he did have a lot of reliable runs between the tackles at Washington. |
| 0:31.6 | Just imagine if you're a lineback of the second level, |
| 0:34.3 | defensive back at the third level, |
| 0:36.3 | and whatever his highest speed is, |
| 0:39.0 | a full on boulder is running at you. It's tough to tackle. I mean, a round mound at full speed |
| 0:46.6 | trying to get on the edge of your tackle distance. And that's exactly what Jenna Coleman brings to |
| 0:53.2 | the table. No athletic testing. November knee injury was a part of that. But Hayden, who I saw immediately were the two comparisons that popped out to me. |
| 1:01.0 | Kyle Monongai last year who had a real role to Chicago Bears. And then you remember James Robinson back in the days with Jacksonville Jaguars? |
| 1:09.0 | Yeah. A thousand rushing yards, seven touchdowns in his rookie year. Then obviously he had injuries that took over his career. This is a short, squatty, but not small profile that I think is really fun when it does work in the NFL. Yeah, he's built like a fire hydrant. Ironic, I also have Kyle Munungai as one of my comps here. Zach Moss was another one. Really short, Josh Jacobs is kind of how he plays. We're looking for like a bigger name there. Yeah, it's just when you're that dense, it's hard to get your arms around him. Now, I do think that he opted out of testing for a reason. I would peg him as a four, six's guy. That doesn't mean you can't play in the NFL. It does lower your chances of success, definitely. I think he makes up with the lack of actual burst with his just decision-making time. It's just so quick. I think that there's a lot of zone concepts that he was excellent on at Washington. I think he can set up his linebackers. |
| 2:02.2 | He's got a good feel for where the hole is going to end up being three and a half yards after contact is all right. |
| 2:09.1 | It's not exceptional, but that'll get the job done. |
| 2:11.5 | They used him in short yard and situations at Washington on top of that. |
| 2:15.4 | I think you're going to have to limit how many touches he can have just because of his size and he can catch the ball a little bit. But I do think ultimately he's an early down compliment, not a starter, but kind of in that you know, Blake Corum change of pace role between the tackles and just trust his vision. I think that's kind of what he's what he's built out. Interesting. I might have a different read on the early down stuff because some of the lake down stuff I absolutely loved here. But let's talk about some stats that matter. Three straight seasons clearing 1,100 total yards, double digit touchdowns in each of the past two years that he spent at Washington. His first two years were at |
| 2:50.8 | Arizona. I will say if you dive into this past season, some of his numbers weren't as great. |
