he ever been out with the boat in a storm being tossed down in the ship fast asleep so that the ship master came to him and said,

what do you mean by this, O sleeper?

Arise and call on your God, if so be that God will think upon us,

and we perish not.

And they said everyone to his fellow, come on, let's cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us.

So they cast lots and another miracle the lot fell on Jonah.

So they said unto him,

tell us we pray thee,

why has this evil come upon us?

What is your occupation? Where do you come from? What is your country?
