Cabo and I know you're there a lot. I'm jealous of all the times. Do you have a

place in Cabo or do you just always rent a place? Dude, I just meet somebody different every time I go

down there and they happen to have condos and I wait until I get to know them just enough to say,

hey man, you wouldn't happen. You'd be okay if I crashed on your couch, right? Next time I came back.

We did my wife and I went there and I was like, I always forget though, like we

we didn't do the full, everything is the hotel experience where everything is free and you have

to eat there. We did it a more casual way and I just loved it walking around and

devive and I hate using that word, but there's something about Cabo that just I loved and I've

been to Tulum Cabo and then my sister got married and applied to Del Carmen, I think.

Yeah, but there's something about Cabo that just and I told Wes about it, like it's,

there's just like a feel there, right? And I get why you go back to it all the time. Yeah, I started

going there. I've got some buddies that have actually, I get a not, Cabo kind of the very beginning of

the Cabo world sort of, I think it goes back to Mick Jagger. Supposedly that's how

Sammy Hagar found out about Cabo. Really? It goes back even before Mick Jagger. I mean,

guys like John Wayne, you stick it on there and it's just nothing but a little,

little fishing port and the story goes that at least from from Hagar,

that he was reading about Mick Jagger went to this place called Cabo San Lucas for his

birthday or anniversary and he wanted to go check it out and fell in love with it. And I think

kind of the commercial side of Cabo started developing about 30 years ago. So it's just a different,
