John Runyon, 6'4, 306 pounds, 27 years old, signed a three-year, $30 million contract with

17-milled guaranteed.

He's now in year two of that.

The plan for the Janice was to have him at right guard last year to fix Evan Neal, and

then he ended up playing every game at left guard until he hurt his ankle, which he ended

up having surgery on last year.

I think John Runyon, his contract says it, he is kind of the definition of like average.

Like if you're asking what is the most average guard in the NFL, it's pretty much John

Runyon Jr.

And it's, they actually kind of have that with Greg Van Routen on the other side.

Yeah, agreed.

I mean, just across the board, a decent guy.

I mean, I think he's better at pass blocking than run blocking.

I think that he is an athletic dude.

He had some tough games both in the run game and in the past game.

I don't know that they were ever the same game.

You know, they seemed to be flip-flopping.
