He had one spare day and it was on a Sunday and the night before I don't think you can tell, but I've been up to 630 watching UFC 1a8.

Because I start full UFC events because I'm obsessed and then I actually my house at 9 to go and interview John. So I'm impressed with how awake and with it I was and I'm not back somehow for brain, which I think helped.

And it was amazing. It was so relaxing and so nice. He's an amazing tool. He's got amazing stories. It was another one that we had to turn into a two part because he just had so much interesting stuff to say that I didn't want to kind of cut things off and say we're kind of over 90 minutes. Let's let's wrap it up. So when we got to around the hour mark.

I said, yeah, let's pause and continue in the second half. And once again, I mean, I can't decide which ones my favorite half. So hopefully you'll listen to them both this one as usual, appeared at midnight.
