I wanted to be up, I want to walk my dog, I want to read the news, I want to know what's going on in the world, and then I want to read the news I want to know what's going on in the world and then I want to talk to you I don't think that's so terrible it is not terrible I'm just my

the listeners expect three o'clock the listeners in the east expect three o'clock so when it's a little later they're going to want to know who to blame and I just want to make sure they know it's you.

This is not probably going to be that uplifting of a podcast because people know and so I I pledge to you that we're going to have a few laughs and we're going to have a few constructive

optimistic forward-looking items about the easy steps to save democracy at the end if you stick around if you can survive.
