I wrote this book with Dan and Jimmy called One Word

that will change your life. They came up with the idea. They've been doing it

for over 20 years. They're big FCA guys. And so we wrote this book and it is

incredible. We truly believe that God has a word that is meant for you.

A word that will mold you and shape you and if you're open to it and ask God what that word is,

he will give it to you. And that word will help you live your mission and purpose in the course of this year.

My wife's favorite word I've ever chosen was serve.

She loved the year I picked serve.

It was a rough year for me, but it was a great year for her.

At the end of the year, she said,

okay, what's going to be your word next year?

She's selfish, I've never seen you do so much.

I said, no, it's now a part of me it really did mold me and

shape me I really learned about servant leadership and I wrote this book the

carpenter after that year could never written that book beforehand because I was not a
