Me and the big man here, John Allen out for the year, it's all, you know, public, I mean, hell, he did an interview with the junkies where he was driving to go have his surgery.

How wild is that? Yeah, I think this is a blow. I want to start on the human side just as a dude we've known and covered since the night he was drafted in Philly.

They've been through so much bad stuff that I hate he's going to go down

when this team is on the upswing but football's tough tough business and

to next man up league I have more but I certainly want to let you kind of react big man.

Yeah I mean listen you know when John was drafted some of the concern the reason he

dropped I think it was 15 if I'm not mistaken was you know kind of shoulder injuries this isn't that and he's done a

damn good job of being available and able to play you know basically his entire career with no, you know, major, major injuries to the state.

And he's been a central part of this defense and of this team for a while.

And I think finally, you know know some of the burden of being this

team leader got lifted off his shoulders this year with you know Bobby Wagner and some of the

other vets that came in and felt like he was just you know he was kind of in a good place

cruising that's not to talk about the play on the field which I think you know

I think we can get to that person yeah it's someone from the person's, you know, it's a shame for John,

you know, he still has two more years on his deal,

so, you know, this isn't the end of it for him.

I don't think, I would say it's probably the last snaps he's played in Washington

but certainly tough when you've been through as much as he has to to come in and
