The Celtics force you into a lot of threes. They really pack the paint. Yokic had four in like the first two minutes of this game. He was going to get his three shot up tonight. Nuggets were struggling to score and taking just a lot of threes as a team. They ended up taking a record 29 in the first half. What did they end taking?

And they take fewer, only 43. Yeah, they cold off from their attempts. Yeah, that's crazy that it got

swung that wildly. Prayton Pritchard got two fouls early. Kind of a storyline, to be honest. They

needed scoring and he was in foul trouble most of the night. 24-21 Celtics after one.

Second quarter, Murray, not on the court, questionable with illness. He ultimately did not return.

He was out this game with an illness. Cam Johnson, I thought, did a lot of like hustle stuff

tonight. He was grabbing boards in that second quarter, if you remember, and hit a big three at a moment

when it just felt like Denver, every basket felt so big because it was such a defensive slog,

but he had some big time offense rebounds and a three. Spencer Jones had three fouls pretty

quickly, if you remember, like three minutes. He gets three fouls. Then David Adelman, the mad

scientist, goes to Yokic and Zieg Najee. And he did it because he wanted Yokic to not be involved in the pick and roll. Right. But they had a big on the floor in Vosovic who was setting the screen. So you needed a big who can switch. So they go with Ziknaji. And he actually played really well in that second quarter. Made a bunch of big time plays. 48-47 Celtics, yes, defensive struggle. Third quarter, Celtics got in the bonus with eight minutes. In a game where neither team could score, being in the bonus was huge. Yokic was still taking a lot of threes and kind of started slow, but in the third quarter, he got it going, had 15 points in that third quarter really got rolling but
