Tehran would abandon its nuclear program. Trump is hoping that threatening to join Israel's

strikes on Iran will compel Tehran to meet his demands. In public, at least, the Iranian regime remains defiant,

saying that they will not negotiate and will retaliate if the U.S. launches airstrikes.

The Pentagon already playing out what could happen next. The New York Times reporting,

officials are considering all of the ways Iran could retaliate. One possibility, according to officials,
