Hey, four years ago today, the BS podcast was created.

We launched it out of my little guesthouse in the back of my house.

Tate Frazier, employee number one at the ringer was producing.

I was not allowed to do anything until my contract with the SPN expired.

That's pretty bitter at the time.

Now, I mean, I was just on the SPN on PTI a couple of weeks ago.

So it was a funny time.

But we launched this thing, didn't know it was going to happen.

I had had the BS report on ESPN for eight years and then had to create a new feed,

new name, all that stuff.

We actually almost called the ringer podcast that worked BSPN.

And it was the working title for it.

It actually would have been fun to call that.

The Bill Simmons podcast now, but we decided having my name in the podcast now,

because it was not a good idea.

Anyway, created this podcast. I think we did three in two days.

We launched the watch with Andy Greenwald and Chris Ryan either that week or a week after I

can't remember. And now our podcast network is banging.

We have a whole bunch of awesome pods.
