I'm Sebastian Payne. In this

27 million people are in fact tuned in to hear the Prime Minister's plan for easing the nationwide lockdown.

He set out a very gradual three-stage approach which, yes you're right, you can guess it,

it will be guided by the science. The Prime Minister is very keen to not move too quickly,

but does want to get the economy going again and does want to get the

country back to work. The first phase began on Wednesday with people in

England being allowed to leave their homes more than once a day and go and sit in the park with one friend.

But that approach wasn't taken by the other part of the UK.
