Speaker Mike Johnson is treading carefully on Ukraine funding as the House comes back after a two-week recess.

This comes as there's a lot on his plate facing big questions over FISA.

Also, Israel funding.

The Rules Committee set to mark up a modified version of FISA reform legislation today ahead of an expected vote later this week. This comes

ahead of an April 19th expiration date for that critical Section 702 program on Israel House GOP leaders are

pushing a resolution bashing President Joe Biden over his handling of relations with Israeli

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the now six-month-old war in Gaza.

But it's new aid for Ukraine. I want to do on that front where

Johnson faces his biggest test and one that could cost him his job. He's already under

heavy pressure from hardline conservatives, including Representative Marjorie Taylor Green,
