Hello friends, the grace of God descended upon me this morning and I woke up early and actually started meditating again.

Wow, that's the best thing ever. It's so easy to forget. I get so caught up in my thought patterns.

Do you? I get completely fucking lost up there. It's like I get swarmed.

My mind becomes like one of those oxen that you see in the nature documentaries that's just covered in flies.

My mind becomes like one of the stinking nuggets of shit that my poodle explodes out of his asshole into my yard and which is inexplicably and suddenly swarmed by millions of flies.

As though flies were teleporting in from some alternate horror dimension where there are only flies.

It's a different podcast topic but I really would like to understand exactly how many flies are in every inch of grass because how do they come?

It's like Superman flying the lowest lane. How do they know it's there and so many of them all at once.

It's a confusing mystery. We'll have to ask Neil de Grasthais and hopefully one day he will be on my podcast.

But here's what happened to me today. I woke up early. I've been forcing myself to get up early.

I got up early. Got out of bed. Was feeling like a god. I did it. Pure discipline. I'm like a shawl in monk.

I just put out a fire with my mind. It's amazing. I stepped into my living room right into a nice cold puddle of poodle piss.

How do I know is the poodle because the poodle was acting guilty. You could just see a dog knows what it's done.

He already had a look on his face that he knew what he had done. He pissed on the floor and it was...

It's just a bad morning feeling to step in poodle piss and that was the beginning of a tiny little mental avalanche.

This is how it goes down. It's what Sharon Salzburg calls add-on. You have a thing happen.

You step in poodle piss. That's all that happened in the universe. That's what happened. You stepped in poodle piss.
