For those of you who missed it, it was a pretty compelling victory for Johnny Depp. The jury awarded

him $10 million in compensatory damages for what it said were three false statements in

Amber Heard's op-ed in the Washington Post about him, referring to herself as a survivor

of domestic violence. They also awarded $5 million in punitive damages for those statements, and the

judge citing Virginia law reduced that award to $350,000. So the ultimate award for Johnny Depp was $10.35 million.
