Like that'll be that Monday when I come back, I would have never thought it before the season started.

We'll be talking about St. John's in the Sweet 16. Well, we're not as they get bounced by Arkansas.

And it was just the way it happened was miserable, quite frankly.

And it's not as if the entire season and what this season meant is wiped away.

It's one of those deals where it's just, it's so important to get back on the map from where they were.

And they had an amazing season, the best

in many, many years. But, you know, this game, the way it played out, the fact that it's John

Calipari and Patino and the history and how terrible they were shooting the ball. And the massive

amount of fouls, it was like going to the dentist

watching this game and it's over and you feel terrible for rj lewis you feel terrible for

the guys who were not going to be on the team next year uh this was a spectacular season that

ended in a thud i'm glad you said what you said, and there's a lot there.

So number one, the season's not a waste.

And the amount of people that have sat there and said, well, they just wasted what a great year.

They didn't waste a great year.

This is a team that, yeah, they won 20 games last season, but even Petino, I think he called it one of the toughest years he had ever coached.
