Yes. So we found out last week that the Marion County Prosecutor's Office was inditing the Du Bois County

Sheriff Tom Kleinhalter and also the Clinton County Sheriff Richard Kelly and the Clinton County Jail

Matron Ashley Kelly.

You have been focusing most of your time on the Clinton County Sheriff's side of this story.

So talk to us about what's going on.

So it was so funny because I was actually working on the commissioners meeting.

And that's why I use that title, because they were basically saying

how frustrated they were over the situation. And then next thing I know, I get an email in my inbox,

and it's from the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. It was literally as I was working on the story.

So I was like, what is this? Yeah. I have to redo all this now, you know, but it's finally that now

they are pressing charges against them for an array, I guess you can say, assortment of felonies in terms of different types of fraud, misconduct.

There was a warrant that was issued for their arrest on Friday.

So they were booked into the Marion County Jail Friday evening.

I believe they posted bond Saturday and they

actually had their first court appearance just yesterday, I believe. And so now their trial will actually

start for Marion County. Pre-trial is July 8th and then the trial will begin July 14th. But that's

just in Marion County. They still have the other trial that they have in May for the commissary funds.

Wow.

So it's two separate things.
