choose the questions or the order of the questions, I will answer it. To pre-order the book,

the most important thing is that you have to pre-order it before it comes out. It comes out

October 19th. That's in a few days. You cannot pre-order it on October 19th. It is important

that people pre-order it. I tell people, I don't care where you pre-order it from, but please pre-order it. If you can pre-order

multiple copies, it accrues to the first week, which makes it possible to hit a bestseller

list, which makes it possible to get this what I consider vital information out to the world.
