him first to be consistent. How many of them also said that President Obama couldn't use force

to overthrow MoMA Gaddafi in Libya? Or how many of them said Bill Clinton couldn't use force to overthrow MoMar Gaddafi in Libya.

Or how many of them said Bill Clinton couldn't wage an air war on Serbia and get rid of

Soledom Milosevic?
