Before we follow John Wesley on one of his many horseback journeys to preach throughout the countryside of England,

we want to take a few moments to put the cares of our lives aside and concentrate on the

truth of our lives with God.

So relax, find a comfortable position and get your pillow and blankets just right.

Now close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Exhale your worries and inhale awareness of the Holy Spirit's presence.

Let the wisdom of Romans 838 and 39 fill your mind.
