Today we are starting a six week series and I'm so pumped about I'm really excited about this called

Heroes and we have different pastors from our church preaching each week on a different biblical

hero that we can learn from.

And I think heroes is one of those things

that I think we're kind of enamored by.

I think it's obvious.

Every time I turn around, there's another movie

about another hero, you know. We went to the Avengers the other night, my wife and I did, and

you know, there's wrapped into that one movie, there's like six, seven, eight different heroes

that they want to try to explore. We had the Hulk and the Iron Man and Thor and Black Widow and Captain America.

I think I kind of resemble Captain America.

What do you guys say?

You know, I mean, and then we have Spider-Man and Batman and then the original Superman.

You know, he's able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

He's faster than a speeding bullet.

I mean, it's just so awesome.

And we love heroes.

Now, you realize, all that's fictitious.

You know that, don't you?

You know nobody's able to leap a tall building in a single bound you know that

all right nobody's able to do the things that Thor does you realize that but

that doesn't mean we don't have heroes.
