I want to talk today or at least start today's conversation out by asking you a question, Craig,

over the last several months you've been using an expression.

Something to the effect of when I'm in Christ, I'm the man I want to be, when I'm not in Christ, feel like I'm just doing damage, right? You know what you want

talking about? You've been using that actually quite a bit lately. I'm intrigued by what you mean by that. I mean aren't you always in Christ?

What you know what what's that all about?

Yeah. About a year and a half ago went through an intensive counseling experience and John the the

counselor just kept mentioning the life of Christ in me through me and me living in Christ and finding Christ and

that there were relational styles and behaviors and things about me that after 35 years walking with Christ may continue and they may not change,
