John was most recently the Director of National Intelligence,

which is the head of our country's intelligence community.

He was also a member of Congress where he served on the Judiciary Committee and the Intelligence

Committee and the Ethics Committee and Homeland Security Committee.

Before Congress, he practiced law in Texas.

He was the mayor of a town in Texas,

and he was the United States attorney

for a federal judicial district in Texas.

He is married to the best lawyer and his family,

Michelle Ratcliffe, and they are the proud parents

of two daughters, one of whom is starting her

MBA this fall and the other who is finishing up her first year at Annapolis.
