Like if you can't touch your toes, you're probably going to have a tough time getting in a set up posture in your mom's school. Can you squat? If you can't squat, you probably are going to have a tough time getting on and off the toilet. If you can't get off the toilet, then you're probably going to end up in the nursing home. Then let's start looking at how strong you are. We talk about strength to sport of golf and we talk about strength relative to the person's size and mass. If you're a bigger person, you're going to be stronger. If you're smaller, you're not going to be as strong, but you're still to be at the same percentage as relative to your body weight. Do we have enough aerobic fitness? If you're not horribly fit enough, then if you're hitting 50 balls in the driving range,

maybe the first 10 are great, and then you're not recovering enough to have a great 50 ball session.
