Hey John. Hey guys, how are you? I saw a tweet maybe a couple weeks ago. Are you out of the paying for private school business?

Oh no, I got a senior in high school that's going to Villanova. So I'm tripling down on the private school business.

So yeah, it's Holy Cross Villanova. What's the third? The third was temple. My son was the smartest woman going to a big public university that's less expensive.

Wow. Now is that Holy Cross high school or Holy Cross college? No, up in what's your math? So my daughter graduated just last week.

Congratulations. Yeah. I mean, I'll be honest. My son just graduated too from Harris and we I mean, I was in a bookstore for most of it.

I can't sit there. I just can't sit still. I mean, it's too much. Oh, yeah, especially like a small school like that, everything's geared around graduation.

So it's it was literally three days of going to different events and small talking with the parents that you'll never see again.

Right. Did you get emotional at all? Like I did. Oh, like I did. Something about being like an Irish Catholic and getting older. Yeah, I cry at the drop of a hat.

Totally. Oh, really? Yeah, I lost it a couple times. Yeah, I didn't. And I was listening. I kept I was doing it to myself, John, because my oldest daughter just graduated from Virginia Tech.

And I would listen to any money's song. I want to go back. Oh, no, water.

I was doing it to myself. That's what I'm saying. I like I caused it because that's all about going back to younger years and I actually told my daughter to listen to it.

Right. I said, you're going to love this song because it's going to kind of remind you of the, you know, that you're great years at Virginia Tech and all your friends.

Who's that person? Yeah. And I would do it to myself. I don't think she ever listened to the song. Hey, John.

But it was just me. John, I've seen a little and I know you've been tweeting about, but maybe you can explain to us.

What's going on with Major League Baseball now producing games for some teams?

Yeah, it's crazy. This is the biggest story on my beat right now. And it's the, you know, the way that we've been watching local baseball basketball and hockey games for the last three, four decades is totally changing right now because the regional sports network security, those games, you know, all of the court cutting that's happening in and regular cable.

It's affecting these regional sports networks even more so because they're the most expensive channels out there so that the, you know, they're losing a ton of money with it.

And then you have this company called Tinclair up in Baltimore. They bought from Fox Sports, all of these RSNs and ended up getting, getting in a ton of debt with them.

So they're underwater. They had to, they had to sort of give them over to another company called Diamond and now Diamond is going through and deciding which contracts they are losing money on.

So the first one that they walked away from is in San Diego with the Padres and it's a surprising one because the Padres have a lot of big stars on the team.
