What's up? Welcome back to another edition of the podcast. It's called lead singer syndrome.

I am Shane Tolt. I will be hosting this thing today and every day as I take you into the back stage conversations that I have with other

lead singers. We got a good one today. A really good one. I love this guy. John O'Callaghan of the main is this week's guest.

He's been on before but I welcomed him back with open arms because he is just so insightful, so knowledgeable.

The main have solidified themselves in the scene as one of the most business savvy bands but also they just keep getting better and better musically.

But what I really wanted to ask John about was his brand new solo record which is out now. He calls that project John the Ghost.

This record to be honest it kind of took me by surprise. It is like haunting. It is really really good. I highly recommend you check it out. Of course I'll play a tune later for all y'all.

The record is called I only want to live once and yeah it's out now and the main is always doing stuff. I know we're going to have some new the main stuff very soon as well.
