Well, John, first of all, with Darshay, how are you? Because you've been missing for a few weeks for

a villa, but you came back, obviously, now, an operation near me. I had a operation. I've been

fortunate in my career with my body of no real major serious injuries that require surgery.

So first time it was expected to be six to eight weeks, managed to come back in six weeks.

Feeling good but it's about being careful and making sure I don't do too much too soon.

So credit of the physios at Villa and the doctors there.

Everything that I needed was perfect and I feel in good shape for what's to come.

What was going through your head when it initially happened? Was it, oh no?

I was scared. I remember right away feeling that this isn't right.

It was 10, 15 minutes into the game.

I blocked a pass against everything and I knew right away, so my hand goes up.

And obviously I've experienced players that have done serious knee injuries

six months plus feeling able to walk off.

So my worry was there, I was petrified really, but then you get the scan and you wait

and thankfully it was good news that it was only a sort of minor knee injury.
