Today's episode of the show is with Mr. John Kiefer, a super geek and cutting-edge researcher

who teaches people how to eat cheesecake and drop fat through what he calls carb-backloading.

A lot of you guys have been asking for him for months and I'm really happy to say that

we got him here and it was one of the most fun conversations I've had in a long time

on this show.

Actually, I met up with Kiefer a few weeks ago and we ordered the same thing for lunch.

If you're curious about what that was, it was a massive meat and veggie omelet covered

in bacon, cheese, and avocado.

That's my kind of diet.

Now, also, this is super cool.

I just got back from Vegas where I spoke at the New Media Expo.

Obviously, I met many of you, thank you so much for coming up and saying hi and supporting

the show.

Even cooler, we won the People's Choice Podcast Award for Best in Health and Fitness

in 2013.

That was actually a way bigger deal than I'd ever imagined.

They put on a whole awards show out in Vegas with tuxes, cool looking trophies, and speeches

that I definitely did not plan for.
