we've had to do about the Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon.

Of course, recall attempts have been made so far to no avail, although the story this week is

that recall backers are still digging through signatures to see what they can find out

when the L.A. County registrar voters denied them a recall effort despite a huge amount of

signatures turned in to put this on the ballot. The latest chapter comes to us from Fox News,

reporter Bill Malusian, concerning directives involving a specific class of criminals that come

before the LA County District Attorney's Office. Now the prosecutors, wait for this, are going to

have to weigh the effects of their charges regarding the immigration status of suspects.

And if the charges might lead to the suspects getting deported by the federal government,

perhaps they should be sent to diversion programs instead.

So they don't end up in the criminal system so that the feds might be aware of them or something like that?
