And when he was James Tubbs and claiming he was a guy, he sexually molested a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom of a restaurant back in 2014, was on the run for a number of years,

committed a number of crimes, finally caught last year here in Los Angeles, and George Gascon gave

him the lightest sentence possible. By this time, James had decided he was Hannah, and Gascone rewarded that with a

two-year sentence in a women's juvenile facility. It's mostly because Tubbs was 17, just a couple

of weeks short of his 18th birthday when he sexually assaulted that 10-year-old girl. And to Gascon,

that means, oh, can't blame them for that.

They're underage. They're under 25. Brain not fully formed. Go light. They'll be fine.
